What carriers do you use? USPS First Class Mail
How long does it take to process & ship? Each product is made to order. We start processing orders every 24 hours. The printing and packaging process takes 2-3 business days, however it can take longer if we have a large queue of orders or during a rush like the holiday season. Once shipped you will be provided with tracking info.
My order has been shipped, why don't I see tracking info?
It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.
My order is lost in the mail, what do I do? Once your order is shipped from our warehouse we are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses. If you have a question concerning tracking or shipping please contact USPS.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address.
What if I received the wrong order? If you received the incorrect item, please let our customer service team know by contacting us at contact@blackjoyco.com. Please add your Name and Order # in the email and a member of our Support Team will get back to you as soon as possible. In the rare case that you received the incorrect item, we will be happy to send you the correct one at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item.
ORDERS & RETURNS
My product came damaged, what do I do? Our products are packaged with care to prevent damage. But in the event your package is damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement. Email us at contact@blackjoyco.com and include a photo. We will send you a return shipping label and send you a new package as soon as possible.
What if my order was returned to sender? If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for any new shipping costs.
What if I'm interested in placing a large order? We'd love to learn more about your special project or occasion. At this time all bulk ordering request are evaluated case by case. Please contact us at contact@blackjoyco.com.
